Shipping & Orders

Inestory is proud to ship to over 35 countries worldwide except some regions/territories. Please refer to our Shipping Policy to learn more.

Our products are made in China, Thailand, and Korea. All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse team in Ontario, Canada. If it’s running out of stock in the warehouse, your orders will be shipped from the factory directly.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over $49 after discounts.

Standard shipping – $8.95.

The Conterminous U.S. : 10-18 business days

Canada: 10-20 business days

UK: 10-18 business days

Australia: 10-20 business days

New Zealand: 10-20 business days

European Countries: 10-25 business days

Other Countries: 10-30 business days

You cannot change a delivery address once you have paid for your order and it’s been recorded by our systems.
Please check your order before moving onto secure payment. When you click “CONFIRM”, you agree in full to Inestory’s Terms and Conditions.

We’ll send you an email confirming your order after your order has been placed, and another email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.

And you can also get help from our service team for more concerns at sales@inestory.com

Please check your junk and spam folders. If you can’t find the email confirmation, please check if the order appears in “Orders” in “MY ACCOUNT“.

Please contact Customer Services if necessary.

You are able to cancel the order only if your order has not been processed.

We are not able to cancel it if the item already left the warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept any new/tagged/unworn garment(s) within 30 days from day of delivery for either a refund, or exchange. Items bought from the Clearance Sale or items tagged with Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

Items returned must be postmarked less than 30 days after the delivery date.

Please contact customer service at sales@inestory.com to get approval and return address before you send out the item. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Email us on sales@inestory.com with following information: return reason, order details, and preference(return or exchange);

After we review and approve the return request, you can pack the item with a note indicating your order details;

Send it through local post office and we we’ll process it after receipt.

No, we currently do not provide return labels. Kindly mail it through local post office.

We cover the post cost for defective or wrong products only.
